1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MVP LAUNCH, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MVP LAUNCH, LLC provides software development and product build services, including but not limited to engineering placement, product strategy, design, development, and deployment services. We aim to deliver production-ready products within an 8-week timeframe under our standard service agreement.

3. Service Guarantee

Our 8-week delivery guarantee applies only to qualified projects under the 8-Week MVP Delivery Program. If your MVP is not live and functional within 8 weeks of the agreed start date, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement. This guarantee requires client cooperation, timely feedback, and adherence to the agreed project scope.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own 100% of the codebase, intellectual property, and the engineering team assigned to their project. Until final payment is received, all work product remains the property of MVP LAUNCH, LLC.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable except as specified under our service guarantee. Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide timely feedback and necessary information
Attend scheduled meetings and check-ins
Respond to requests within agreed timeframes
Maintain clear communication throughout the project
Adhere to the agreed project scope

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP LAUNCH, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, execution, and market conditions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MVP LAUNCH, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
